Aeris Calendar is a full-featured desktop calendar with integrated weather forecasts. The 10-day forecast is
displayed directly on the calendar and current weather information is always available in the main interface,
in an optional desklet and in the tray icon. Severe weather is announced through visual and
audio alerts so you can always stay one step ahead of the weather. Other features include reminders,
daily notes, a todo list, a skinnable interface and more.
Primary Features
- Local weather for anywhere in the U.S. and major international cities
- Downloadable Themes allow you to select the calendar background of your choice
- The Desklet allows you to see the current weather conditions at a glance, and also edit your notes and todo list
- Weather information displays current conditions, detailed 10-day forecast, and an hourly forecast
- Severe Weather Alerts will announce when there is severe weather in your area
- Reminders can be setup to activate once or repeat daily, weekly, etc.
- The todo list allows you to create a simple list of items that you need to complete
- Events can be changed so you can add birthdays and anniversaries
- The tray icon can display up to 2 lines of information directly in your tray; for example, the current temperature and the humidity, it's your choice
- The tray icon tooltips can be customized to show only the information that you're interested in when you hover your mouse over the icon
- Set hotkeys to update the weather or add a reminder at the touch of a key -- even when Aeris Calendar is minimized
